Our product “Prediction game for companies” is aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Under current German law, a right of withdrawal only exists for consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB. As our customers are exclusively entrepreneurs, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
